The Iconics Edition, an exclusive suite of designs culled from the rich archive of Edward Fields studio. Meticulously selected from classic designs originating in the 1950s through the 1990s, the pieces in the Iconics Edition were chosen for their timelessness, beauty and distinctly bold patterns. A vanguard of the American design scene, Edward Fields has been creating bespoke luxury carpets and rugs for over 70 years. In reviewing the company’s archives for the Iconics Edition, the studio considered a wide array of vintage patterns before selecting eleven works to update in accordance with contemporary tastes. Favoring the distinct, bold patterns that have long been synonymous with the Edward Fields’ name, the Studio set about experimenting with color, texture and fiber to subtly reinterpret a selection of classic designs. Each of the Edition’s eleven designs reminiscent of the era of its original creation but has been updated to suit today’s tastes. The Iconics Edition is not only characteristic of the company’s timeless approach to design, but continues the Edward Fields’ rich tradition of quality, craftsmanship and unparalleled custom capabilities.
